How to use a yoga trapeze?
Before you do aerial yoga, start with a little warm-up and some stretching. Stand in front of your rig, take the length about hip-width apart, and reach up towards the ceiling. Do some moon squats. Deep breath in and come down and exhale. Come between your keens with your elbows, exhale and then come back up, reach up, nice deep breath in. Even if you can't get your heels to the ground, so as low as you can to ground, repeat that two more times.

Come up, keep your hands down on the ground around your back and just let your arms hang down, and side to side, feel a little bit of the stretch in the back of like the hamstrings and then round the spine and back up to standing position.

Bring your heels about towards the back of your mat. Let the sling come up right at the shoulder blades, then walk your feet a couple of steps forward so they're about in the middle of your mat. Take your arms out to the side and rotate your pinkies so they're up toward the ceiling. Drop your head back behind you if that's comfortable. Take a few breaths and relax.

Grab your sling and bend your knees. Walk your feet forwards now. They're going to be towards the front of your mat, and your sling is under your armpits. You're right in between your anchor points. Arms are going to come to the outside of your sling. Give yourself a little push forward and stand up on the toes and push and reach up towards the ceiling. Push your heels down to the mat, bend the knees and rock back into that position, straighten out the legs, take your arms up over your head, grab your fingers and arch backwards. Bring your hands behind your head. Open up those elbows. Walk your feet a couple of steps so that your knees are bent, and you're going to go side to side and hold for a couple of seconds. Do that a few times on each side.

So, this is the basic warm-up and stretching. If you want to know more, here's an instructional video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZwA2dc39gYw
