At Lumbuy.com we want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other additional charges.
Refund method and timing
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–15 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
Refunds are not available for the following circumstances.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e., providing the wrong shipping address at checkout).
- A deliver email will be sent after the parcel delivered. If you didn’t receive the package, please contact us within ten days. Lumbuy is not responsible for missing item(s) after 10 days of the delivery
- Refunds or cancellation are not accepted after the parcel has processed or in transit.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
- Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and unused condition.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Most returns are processed within five business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue a refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email or a confirmation message.
- Lumbuy only accepts the return and refund within 30 days of deliver.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- For all returns, the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
- If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
- All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards), gift packaging, opened consumable items, completed services, etc.
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service representative, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our returns address and will affect the processing of your return.
If the purchaser refuses to accept the parcel for any reason, Lumbuy is entitled to a fifty(50) percent fee from the total of the purchase
